These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LumilimeAI platform ("Service") operated by LumilimeAI ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the platform.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create with the Service, including briefs, scripts, images, and videos.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your content for training AI models or share it with other users.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service (scripts, images, videos, music, voiceovers) is produced using third-party AI services. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be free of errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any generated content before publishing or distributing it.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Service operates on a subscription model with monthly credit allowances.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over to the next period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumilimeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
